What happens after the registration?
Directly after your registration you will automatically be logged in to the member area and get access to the Usenet.nl software.
After only 3 simple steps (Download software – install – log in) you can start using Usenet.nl!
You will also receive an e-mail with the subject “Your Usenet.nl access details” from us for your records.

What happens during the callback?
During the registration process you will receive an automatic call in which you will be given a 4-digit code. You enter this code into the relevant form on our homepage and finish the registration.

Why do I need to enter my bank details upon registration for a free trial package?
During the trial period you can change to a regular package at any time. As you will already have given your bank details upon registration, we can provide you with the newly ordered download volume without any delays and you will be able to continue with your downloads without any interruptions.

I have not received my access information.
Did you complete the registration process?
If so, please check your spam folder for e-mails from usenet.nl.
You can still find no e-mails from us?

I registered but I am not able to download yet.
After the registration it can take up to 10 minutes until your account is activated.
If you are still not be able to download after this time frame, please follow the solutions from the error message or contact our support team.

I finished the registration, paid via PayPal, but I am not able to download yet.
Please check if the payment has already been completed: Log in to your PayPal account and check the status of your payment. Should this say "Pending", please contact PayPal.
If the payment status is a different one, our Customer Care will be glad to help – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact us via our support form or hotline.

I missed the Callback.
Please do the following in order to finish the callback and with it the registration:
Please request another callback with an alternative telephone number (e.g. your mobile number). For this, enter the new number into the box next to "New Callback" and then click "Continue".
Please make sure that your line is free and that your answering machine is deactivated when requesting another callback.
If you should not receive the callback, please call our service team under 1-877-2573 360*.

What running periods can I choose from?
Subsequent to your free Usenet.nl trial package you will automatically be provided with 35GB each month for 12 months.
Alternatively, you can already choose from the following running periods while you are still testing Usenet.nl or at any given point in the member area under "Download volume recharge":
- 1 month for 11,99 €
- 12 months for 8,33 €/month (you save 44% compared to the monthly package)
Hereby only the individually available options for you will automatically be given.
You can, of course, cancel in the member area if you do not wish to continue using Usenet.nl.
